Training people of color for high growth careers as software engineers,
and connecting them with jobs
We believe in social justice through economic empowerment, and in the
opportunity for meritocracy in tech.
This isn't about one-off camps or hackathons. This is about meaningful
change.
In Pursuit of Progress
One of the great battles of our generation is slipping by, unnoticed by
too many of us: Equitable access to the economy. With the income gap
consistently widening, and with roughly half of Americans not seeing a
raise in almost four decades, we have hit a crisis point. Learn how you
can join us in building the solution.
Meet Our Students
Our students come from a variety of backgrounds and perspectives, but they
all share drive and passion.
For 20 weeks, daily, a select cohort of early-career individuals meet to
receive direct instruction, and begin building their own games and
applications. By the end of their time with us, they have solid
proficiency in HTML, well-crafted and responsive CSS, JavaScript, jQuery,
React, Node, and Mongo DB. To graduate, every student needs to build a
game or application, from scratch, in JavaScript. And every student needs
to have procured, serviced, and invoiced their own freelance client.

We're on a mission to make computer science a meritocracy. Help us make
the Boston tech community more diverse and inclusive.
